Know your process. Build your foundation. 

It sounds like such a broad yet overwhelming statement. We hear from our customers all the time that they don’t know their process and ask if we have any templates. Or they will say that they want to copy exactly the way that leaders in their industry have mapped everything out. Does this sound like you?

We won’t even lie, it is easy to see something that is working for someone else, and want that too. But what works for them, might not work for you! There is no one size fits all solution.  

So what exactly do we mean by, “your process?” 
It is the strategic steps and actions that you take when providing a service to your client.

You may have an airtight system that you know like the back of your hand. For example, every client will be sent an invoice 2 days after the contract is signed. It runs like clockwork. 

Or, you may be less rigid with how you run things and have to check a couple times to make sure the contract was sent, and did you ever send that invoice? … Siri, set a reminder to send invoice to VIP client!
